Hi again stranger I hope you are well 💛 For today I must talk about meat eating. Although I eat meat I completely agree that it is a selfish decision. Personally I think we should stop eating meat or at least reduce its consumption. The individual suffering of animals is significant and should not be discounted, but it helps to look at the big picture behind opposition to the meat industry. Not only is the meat industry killing tons of animals, but it has profound and negative impacts on the entire world and some of them are: It’s a leading cause of Deforestation: The main cause of deforestation is the meat industry. It’s a leading contributor to droughts: The meat industry needs to feed its animals until slaughter It is a leading cause of ocean dead zones and water pollution Contribute massively to global warming And if all this is not enough, not eating meat is better for your health.
